1. PHONE - You can call to order any products. Use our toll free number 1-800-357-3328 to order or call if you have any questions.

2. ON-LINE - On-line you can complete an order through the check-out process. We accept Visa and Mastercard. All billing information is collected under a secure link and we do not store any credit card information for your protection.

3. FAX/MAIL - An order form can be faxed or e-mailed to you. To request an order form call or e-mail us at orders@ocean2mountain.com . The order form includes an area for credit card information. If order is faxed, credit card information for payment can be filled out and is therefore not transmitted over the internet. If you are mailing form, you can fill out credit card information or include a check. Once we recieve the form we will process the order. It is that easy!

When you order for the first time, the check-out process establishes an account for you using an e-mail address and password you choose. Establishing an account has many advantages. You can track orders, review previous purchases, store addresses and billing information (credit card information is not stored). There is a link to access your account at the bottom of web store pages or through the check-out process.

If you forget your password when accessing your account or during the checkout process, there is a prompt to click on and your password is emailed to you. Password is sent instantaneously.

Ocean 2 Mountain Outdoor Products, Inc. endeavors to ship purchases within 24 hours of receiving your order. Packages are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS). Packages are shipped as parcel post and estimated delivery times for the United States can range from 5-8 days. You can choose to have your order shipped Priority Mail during the checkout process for an additonal $4.00. Each separate address, including gift addresses, is considered a separate order and subject to applicable shipping charges.

In the event that any product does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for credit or exchange. We have a 100% money back guarnatee on all items. Returns for clothing items must be made within 30 days of your shipment date. Personal care products can be returned anytime after purchase. All returns will be credited with the original form of payment (i.e., on the same credit card). Your credit card account will be credited upon our receipt of the returned item, and your credit should appear on your next statement. An email notification will be sent to you confirming our receipt of your returned items. Please note that personal care products have a shelf life. Temperture, conditions of use, and storage all effect the efficacy. You can returned any unused portion at anytime, however typically the moisturizing vitamin spray has a shelf life of two years and three years for O2M's suncreen, from the date of purchase.
